Any RoR: Anywhere Land Record in Gujarat State AnyRoR is stand for Any Record of Rights Anywhere. Any RoR is the software of Gujarat State. It is developed by National Informatics Centre (N.I.C.) in association with Revenue Department of Gujarat. AnyRoR provides Gujarat Land Records (VF 7, VF 8A, VF 6 and VF 12) online. Now no need to travel all the way to the e-dhara or e-gram centre to keep a tab on your plot of land and verify its records. You can check your RoR online on Gujarat Government’s land record portal anyror.gujarat.gov.in. Here users can get details of the RoR by selecting the location and survey number of the land.

How to Check Gujarat Land Records Online on AnyRoR website? • Open AnyRoR Gujarat website (anyror.gujarat.gov.in). • Click on “View Land Record” to check RoR (Records of Rights). • Select any of the following options as per your Record requirement: • VF 7 Survey Number Details (ગા.ન.૭ ની વિગતો) – This option is for Village Form 7 (VF 7) which is popularly known as 7/12 or satbara. Land Records in UP are popularly known as Khasra-Khatauni, Khata, Fard etc. Now, let us see how we can access UP land records online: First, open official website for UP Land Records which is bhulekh.up.nic.in. - On the home page of the website, select District Name or Zila from here for eg. Lets select Agra for eg. Then it will show up all tehsils in that district.

Now select your Tehsil from here for eg. Lets select Fatehabad. It will show up all villages in that tehsil on right. Now you can either Select your Village directly from here or you can also filter Villages by starting alphabet of village name from here. Let?s select Alampur village for eg. Then click on the button Aage meaning next.

- It will open the next screen. Now, you can search your Land Records by Khasra No.

Also known as Survey No. Or by Khata No. Also known as Holding No. Or by Land Holders Name. Then Depending on the filter option you choose, you have to enter your details using virtual keyboard to search your land records. For the purpose of this tutorial, let me select khasra no. Option for eg.

Now, enter Khasra No. Using virtual keyboard.
