I picked up a used thermostat, got it set up yesterday. It's connected to my network and Nexia home. I can't get it to update though. It's on 2.1, and finds 2.2.2 when I start the process. I have an SD card in, it checks out fine. It goes so far as showing me 'initiating download', but eventually times out. When it stops trying, I get a message that it can't talk to the server.

As soon as I hit 'try again' I get a check mark on 'connected to server', but it fails again. I've tried this several times between last night and this morning. My internet connection is strong and the router isn't very far from the thermostat. I'd like to download to a computer, put on SD card, and get it to the T-stat that way, but can't find the file anywhere. Anybody have one, or know where I can download it? Trane was absolutely no help. Sorry if this wasn't clear from my post, but all registrations are done, network, email, and Nexia.

Just to make sure, I reran the network diagnostics and got checks for: internet access, server access, nexia access, weather service, registration service, and nexia service, as well as full bars for wireless strength. To make sure nothing has changed, I ran through those steps again. Unfortunately, the result is the same I've gotten all along. When I go through the online software update, I get checks for connected to server, software upgrades available, list of software upgrades received.

When I select 'Next', I see that version 2.2.2 is available. 'Next' gets me checks for SD card found, SD card writeable, and SD card free space available.

'Nest' gets me checks for Connected to server and software upgrade requested, then initiating download with the 'waiting swirl' animation. This never goes through, eventually I see a red X there, and get the option to cancel or try again. I've run through this at least fifteen times by now.
