2)Could it be that it is not FSX that needs to be activated, but your add on aircraft? Some of them will only allowed installing once,mon one system. Thereafter you might have to ask for help from the add on publisher to unregister the old install and reregister the new one.

Do you also have this problem with default FSX B737? If not, than it is an add on problem.
